CLIVE CAMPBELL
Founder /Director
Hi there!
I'm Clive Campbell, the Founder and Director of Croydon FM CIC. I started CFM in 2018, shortly after completing my studies at Middlesex University.
Since then, we've worked hard to ensure our impact is felt across the community.
We've launched over 100 careers in Radio Broadcasting, an industry that is often hard to access. We've trained over 50 young people in Radio Production in an area where youth violence is at a high. Our platform has championed and nurtured a wealth of talent, playing an instrumental role in the success of countless individuals and projects—and so much more!

Hi I'm Phoebe, the Station Manager at Croydon FM.
I'm a music lover and hardcore believer in the power of community.
I've been heavily involved in music having studied Music Technology and then going onto further education by studying Music Business at Middlesex University, where I successfully graduated with a First Class Hons. This is also where I met Clive, who at the time explained his vision for Croydon FM. It's been full speed ahead ever since!
It's so exciting to be working with such a talented team—and every day, we get to see our platform grow and develop as we work together to create something truly special.
Every day is a new challenge, and I'm constantly learning new things about myself and the world around me. It's a great feeling to be part of something that's making an impact. Our platform is truly a force to be reckoned with.
WARREN AUSTIN

Hi, I'm Warren - A music enthusiast since birth!
I work as the Fundraising and Community Outreach Officer here at Croydon FM CIC.
As you might guess from the title, my job is all about connecting people. I'm responsible for creating sponsorship agreements, media partnerships and cultivating relationships with businesses, individuals, and other relevant organisations to help us accomplish our mission in the community.
